Tilt Shift

For my 3rd project I did "Tilt Shift". It was a fun project making life size objects seem smaller and giving it an unrealistic effect used strong brightness and contrast. Taking picture from the ground up and from a down view was interesting, because the human eye cannot judge how small or large the force point is in reality. Majority of my photos were taken in downtown Akron. I was amazed at how many different parts of Akron had great views for taking shoots. Simple places we past by daily even have its own beauty just waiting to be captured. -C.Evans

Motion Blur

Motion Blur
For my 2nd project I did motion blur. It was a fun project to take pictures in movement and in action. My goal was to find motion in objects that we usually don't think about too often. Such as, our hands when we wave and say hello to one another, our movement through dancing and in sports, the vibration in our cell phones and snow falling in a snow globe. Challenges I had with this project were timing. Trying to take a shot at the right moment when the object was in motion. Also, taking the picture clear enough so you can still reveal what the picture was in beginning. Overall I think I handled my photo shots well and came up with multiple ideas to get my point across on what motion blur pictures mean to me.
