Reflection

For my first project I did "reflection". Through multiple re-takes, blurry pictures, and un-timed flashes this project faced some challenges, but also much success. I enjoyed taking pictures of reflection, because I felt that through each picture I could tell a story. Using reflection it can reveal life at a completely different view and point out the unexpected. Attacking the reflection project with strong ideas can be a struggle, because the first thought that comes to mind is using only a mirror. Although, with creatively, time, and effort a simple mirror can capture a moment at different angles and objects such as ice, glass, sunglasses, tv screens, spoons, etc. can get the job done just as well. -C.Evans

Adv. DI Quarter 3

The start of the 2nd semester for the 3rd quarter I will be taking on the projects of Reflection, Motion Blur, Perspective and Tilt-Shirt.

Why?
Reflection because I feel it will be a good project to start off with. It's not the hardest but not the easiest project. Therefore I can still challenge myself without being overwhelmed. I feel there's great locations where I can get reflection pictures during the winter season.

Motion Blur because it looks exciting to do. I want to get a jump start on this project to see how many good quality motion blur pictures I can get throughout the 3rd quarter.

Perspective & Tilt-shirt because they're projects that I don't usually take on often. When I take pictures I don't think too much about these styles of the distance and angle in which the photograph is taken in.
